I brought 300$ boots to Igor`s shoe repair center just to change tips on a heels. One week later I came to pick up my boots and one boot was totally ruined. For some reason they took off one of the heels from the boot and put it back on, but put it about 5 - 7 mm closer to the middle of the sole so you can see the seams with a lot of glue on a back side of my shoe. The rest of the boot was covered with glue fingerprints . The heel was no longer shiny, as it has been covered with hard paraffin-like fillings::((( Workmanship was below amature level. After the complain, the service girl took it back saying the guy that worked on it will fix it and to come back 2 weeks later. I said that I needed it to be fixed sooner, so they invited me to pick them up in the evening on the same day. When I returned the same evening nothing was fixed except for heel was moved a bit backwards, but still not properly centered and from the inside of the boot padding wasn't glued (3 nails were sticking out). I then asked to talk to the owner and was informed that he would not be available until the week after. I took my boots and returned the following week. Showed the workmanship and asked to fix my boot. Another week later I came back to pick up my boots. Owner did his best to fix it, but the heel still has marks of damage. Glue was cleaned but suede leather looks very old now. Shop doesn't provide receipts and even though repair was done free of charge I still ended up paying for the heel tips.
